1. The return/exchange request must be raised with us within 10 days from the date you receive your order. (except those mentioned in point ‘6’ below).

3. While raising a return/exchange request, you will need to send/upload clear pictures of the garment and the price tag for the return/exchange request to be validated.
4. We reserve the right to not accept return/exchange of products which (i) are being returned/exchanged after use, or (ii) are damaged (except where the return/exchange is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you). While rejecting a return/exchange, we also take in consideration the garment pictures and videos of the packaging of the shipment.
5. Categories like Cosmetics (Lipsticks, Nailpaints, Compacts,Eye Crayons, Kajals, Eye Shadow Palettes etc) and Jewellery (Earrings, Necklace etc) are not eligible for return/exchange .
6. Your right to return/exchange the product shall apply exclusively to the products that are returned/exchanged in the same condition in which you received them. No reimbursement will be made if the product has been used once, for products that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered or if they have been damaged, so take care of the products(s) while in your possession.
7. Items must be in their original condition and include all tags/labels. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return/exchange your order in any other packaging, as long as it is properly sealed to prevent the items from getting lost.
8. Once you have made the return/exchange request and duly approved, a carrier will pick up your package from the address of delivery only within 48-72 working hours. QC Will be performed at your pickup address by Executive and he may deny to pickup if Quality check is failed. 9. Please note it is not possible to return/exchange items from different orders together. Therefore, you will have to request a return/exchange for each order and send them separately.
10. Please ensure that only the original brand product is handed over to the logistics partner, we will not be responsible in case any wrong/different brand product is given.
11. Please note in cases where Quality check doesn’t happen at the time of return pickup, return/exchange will be processed once the goods arrive at our premises and undergoes the required quality check. Once completed, you will receive a communication with the details of the return/exchange.
12. If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be further initiated. Also, please note that there will be no possibility of sending back the wrong, defective, incomplete and other brand garments post the shipment gets rejected at the warehouse.
13. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. However, if you have selected Cash on Delivery upon the original sale, the refund will be made to the bank details filled by you while placing return/exchange request or on the bank detail link sent. Please note, brand is not liable for any errors while submitting the bank details.
14. Once the refund has been made, we will send you a communication with UTR. If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received the refund in your account, please use this confirmation to submit it to your bank so that they can help you speed up the process.
15. Brand will not be liable to reissue/refund any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher).
16. In exceptional cases we might ask you to Self-Send the shipment as our delivery partners might not be serviceable on that pincode momentarily. In such cases, you will need to submit the courier bill to avail a maximum amount of INR 160 will be refunded for each shipment.

Note: Exchange/Replacement will be delivered at the same address where the original product was delivered. In case you wish to receive an exchange to a new address, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order with the new address.
a) If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you within the specified exchange period for the same size or different size of same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
b) If you choose to exchange item purchased by you for any other item of the different value. In such case, if exchanged item is of the higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you and if exchanged item is of the lower value, differences in amount will be refunded to you post successful pick up of original item from you.
c) Net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) to purchase original item will be considered to calculate difference in amount of original and exchanged item which will be payable by you or refundable from our end as the case may be, for an exchange.
d) Applicable refund for exchange will be trigger post successful pick of original item from you.
18. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
19. Item cannot be exchanged for multiple products and you are allowed to select single item for exchange. While customer can exchange multiple item at a time by initiating separate exchange request for each of the item.
20. Non- returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged.
21. Brand shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of the items purchased, if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Brand’s sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to
return the free product as well.
